POLICY

How Flash Film Transport collects, uses and protects personal information across this website and related communications.

Overview

At Flash Film Transport, we are committed to maintaining the trust and confidence of our visitors to the website and our mailing list. In particular, we do not divulge, share or sell our contact database to other companies for marketing purposes.

This privacy policy contains information about when and why we collect your personal information, how we use it, and how we keep it secure.

How we use personal data

As part of the registration process for our e-newsletter, we collect personal information. We use that information for a couple of reasons: to tell you when we have a new publication for you to read; to contact you if we need to obtain or provide additional information; to check our records are right and to check every now and then that you’re happy and satisfied.

We do not rent or trade email lists with other organisations and businesses.

We use a third-party provider, MailChimp, to deliver our newsletter. We gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our e-newsletter.

You can unsubscribe to general mailings at any time and with immediate effect by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of our emails or by emailing our data protection managers.

Our Security and your data

We take data security very seriously, and take measures to ensure our systems are as secure as possible.

How to notify us of a data breach

If the breach is likely to result in a risk to the rights and freedoms of individuals, you must report the breach and notify those concerned.

Breaches should be reported within 72 hours to the ICO by the person nominated to handle data management and security issues.

How you can access and update your information

You are entitled to view, amend, or delete the personal information that we hold.

Please email your request to our data protection officers on marcus@flashfilmtransport.com.
